Directions for Membership Application and/or Class Registering by mail or on-line.
 
If you wish to register on-line, click on the semester you wish to take the class. Select a class you wish to take and then click on “add to cart” to begin the process.
 
If you are a member of CPM, you must log-in to your account.
If you are not a member, you must first set-up a member account.
 

Check/Mail: Register and pay by mail.

For those who do not wish to register on-line, you can write a check, Download and Print Registration Form (this contains a list of the classes offered) and send your check and registration form to CPM at the PO Box provided on the form.

Online: Register with CPM and pay on-line using PayPal.

Membership can be obtained by using the CPM online membership area.  You can pay via PayPal using your credit card. Click here to access the on-line registration site. This is a two-step process. In the first step, you will be asked to establish a member account with CPM that contains your name, email address and any other contact information you wish to disclose. In the second step, you will be transferred to PayPal, set-up a PayPal account, if you do not already have an account, and pay on-line with your credit card via a secure internet connection (SSL). It is extremely important that you use a different, strong password for your PayPal account. Do not use the same password that you used for your CPM accountNo financial data are ever given to the CPM account.

Additional comments about the registration process.

 
When you set up an account, you supply your name, address, email information etc and this information is saved so that you do not enter it again if you register for addition CPM classes in the future.
 
You will be able to pay via your credit card. When you pay, you will be transferred to Pay-Pal to do this. You need supply only your credit card information. You do not have to provide your bank account information. Pay Pal will suggest you do this but it isn’t necessary and you can ignore it.
 
After you pay, you will receive an acknowledgement from Pay Pal quickly. A day or two later, you will receive a notice from your bank that your registration fee was paid to Pay-Pa. Finally, several days later, you will receive a notice from CPM that your registration is complete.  This last step may take several days to occur.
