Check/Mail: Register and pay by mail.
For those who do not wish to register on-line, you can write a check, Download and Print Registration Form (this contains a list of the classes offered) and send your check and registration form to CPM at the PO Box provided on the form.
Online: Register with CPM and pay on-line using PayPal.
Membership can be obtained by using the CPM online membership area. You can pay via PayPal using your credit card. Click here to access the on-line registration site. This is a two-step process. In the first step, you will be asked to establish a member account with CPM that contains your name, email address and any other contact information you wish to disclose. In the second step, you will be transferred to PayPal, set-up a PayPal account, if you do not already have an account, and pay on-line with your credit card via a secure internet connection (SSL). It is extremely important that you use a different, strong password for your PayPal account. Do not use the same password that you used for your CPM account. No financial data are ever given to the CPM account.
