Ever thought about setting up a home studio?  Ever considered purchasing or trying out some studio strobe lighting equipment?  Have you considered taking your portrait lighting to the next level? If so, this might be the class for you.  John Lorimer, professional photographer and MATC Photo Instructor will guide you through the various options for using professional studio lighting that could be setup in your home or an offsite studio.  Beginning with a quick look at Window Light possibilities, you will have the chance to experiment with continuous “Hot” and “Cool” lights and then studio Monolights to create a variety of indoor lighting configurations.  This class will involve demonstrations, video tutorials and direct hands on shooting experience with the equipment.  Using modifiers, students will be able to create a variety of lighting “looks” for portraits, product photography and other lighting challenges.  Bring your camera and spend four evenings exploring the world of studio lighting first hand.

Class limited to 12 students to allow for individual hands on experience.
